Booking Policy

At Sora, we are excited to offer immersive workshops where you can craft your own bespoke ring. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please carefully read our Workshop Booking Policy before reserving your spot.

1. Booking & Payment

Workshops run every hour from 10:00am, with the last session starting at 6:00pm.
Full payment is required upfront to secure your place, regardless of how you book.

Advance Bookings

• You can book in advance through our website or in store to guarantee your preferred time slot.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking and payment are complete.

Walk-In Bookings

• Walk-ins are welcome and offered subject to availability on the day.
• Payment must be made in full before the session begins.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. Please note the following policies regarding rescheduling or cancellations:

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your workshop date up to 72 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the workshop date will be considered at our discretion and may be subject to an administrative fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the preparation and limited spaces available, we have a strict no-refund policy for workshop bookings. However:

• If you cancel more than 5 days before your workshop date, we can offer a 100% credit toward a future workshop (valid for 6 months).
• If you cancel between 5 and 2 days before your workshop, we can offer a 50% credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop will not be eligible for any refund or credit.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Please arrive on time for your workshop. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to participate, and no refund or credit will be issued.
• If you do not attend your booked workshop without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be given.

4. Workshop Experience & Conduct

• Our workshops are designed for all skill levels; no prior ring making experience is required.
• We provide all necessary materials and tools during the session.
• Participants must follow the instructor’s guidance and adhere to safety protocols while using tools and equipment.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or does not comply with safety regulations, with no refund issued.

5. Gifted Workshop Packages

• Gifted workshop packages or vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person if the original recipient cannot attend.
• All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period.
